My friend on the far right actually grabbed my digicam and ran down the sidewalk after we saw him walk past and momentarily paused in awe of Danny Tanner.  My friend on the far left stepped into the picture just as it was being taken, so no - he’s not a random creepy lurker even though it looks like that.
